Feeling overwhelmed by the college recruiting process?

You're not sure where to start, and no one is giving you clear answers!

You're putting in the work on the water, but off the water, everything feels unclear. What should go in your portfolio? When should you email coaches? Which schools are the right fit? It's easy to feel lost without a plan.

  1. No roadmap: You’ve never been shown how to reach out to coaches, build a portfolio, or create a realistic target school list.
  2. Limited support: Most families are left to figure it out alone, without expert guidance or a step-by-step process.
  3. Missed opportunities: Without a plan, talented athletes can get overlooked not because they’re not good enough, but because they didn’t know what to do or when to do it.
  • Athletic Portfolio Creation

You'll walk away with a clear, polished draft of your athletic portfolio that stands out to coaches.

  • Custom School Target List

Build a realistic and personalized list of colleges that fit your academic, athletic, and personal goals.

  • Eligibility Guidance

Get step-by-step support registering with the NCAA Eligibility Center and managing key requirements.

  • Personalized Coach Communication

Learn how to write emails that get read. You’ll leave with templates and your first outreach messages ready to send.

  • Recruiting Timeline Clarity

Understand the full NCAA timeline, from first contact to official visits, so you never miss a step.

  • Confidence & Direction

No more guessing. You’ll leave with a real plan and the confidence to take action.

Testimonials

This page is currently in development, but the mission is clear: to support women who are ready to turn their expertise into income, their vision into strategy, and their time into meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Claire's coaching helped me find confidence in my physical abilities, strengthened my mental fortitude, and find the balance between leadership and being a team player. These skills have continued to play a role in my life today.

Former MIT Lightweight Rower

We would highly recommend her for future consulting with other, scholastic, club and collegiate programs that are serious about upgrading their performance.

You are a leader and an inspiration and a teacher - you’ve probably taught me more than any Professor that I’ve had during my time here. You’ve listened to me and helped me through the craziest of weeks, and let me vent when I wasn’t even sure what was wrong. (Sometimes, you knew something was wrong long before I did). You gave me confidence to be myself and take challenges, but the security to know when to back off.

Former MIT Lightweight Rower

I just wanted to follow up with our gratitude for all that my son took away from today's session. He is so motivated and learned so much from you; thank you!
